Drop the pounds

About to start the new diet tomorrow. Time to drop from 215lbs to about 175lbs. If I can do the practice runs to complete marathons I should be able to do this. Hopefully giving up some food is easier than forcing myself to go out for a jog. I'm going to try the diet-to-go thing. Now if the kids were out of the house it sure would be easier. I have the will power not to go to the store and buy crap but with it sitting in the cupboard it is hard to resist. Good luck to me.
